A nourishing, protein-packed dish infused with aromatic herbs and a touch of natural sweetness. This herb-crusted pork tenderloin is perfect for a wholesome, balanced meal—juicy, flavorful, and made with real, whole ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 grass-fed pork tenderloins

  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup bone broth

  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with a paper towel to ensure a perfect sear.

  • Mix all the spices in a small bowl, then generously season both sides of the pork.

  • Drizzle with olive oil, then pour over the bone broth and fresh lemon juice for extra moisture and flavor.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for a perfectly juicy texture.

  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a balanced, nutrient-dense meal.
