Hi, I’m Camila, the creator behind Wellness Cami! I’m passionate about making health and wellness approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone. My journey began with a personal mission to heal my gut, nourish my body, and find balance in a busy world.

After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and secondary amenorrhea, I started working closely with a functional medicine doctor to address the root causes of my health challenges. Through this journey, I’ve learned how powerful food, lifestyle changes, and mindfulness can be in helping us feel our best. This experience inspired me to explore gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free recipes, which not only improved my health but also deepened my connection to the healing power of food.

My Argentinian and Puerto Rican heritage has instilled in me a deep appreciation for food, family, and traditions. Soon, I’ll be starting my pre-med journey at the University of Miami, where I hope to combine my passion for health and wellness with my desire to help others heal and thrive.

Outside of wellness, I’m a creative soul who loves animals, art, and music. I enjoy playing piano, singing, and expressing myself through creativity, whether it’s through baking, cooking, or making something with my hands. Yoga, meditation, and journaling are daily practices that keep me grounded and in tune with myself.

I find so much joy in nourishing both my body and my mind—and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others live in harmony with their own bodies. Whether it’s through delicious recipes, tips for self-care, or the science behind wellness, my goal is to empower and inspire you to create a life that feels vibrant, balanced, and fulfilling.
